The Duke’s commitment to being a positive asset to both the community and the environment has been ingrained into business from the start, and we could not have been more proud to join forces in late 2019, after admiring this London institution from afar.
Trusted relationships with industry-leading suppliers like Shipton Mill, Riverford, and Kernowsashimi (to name just a few) ensures only responsibly sourced and exceptionally flavorful produce makes up our food offering.
The menu reflects our dedication to freshness and seasonality, with frequent changes that allow us to showcase the best of British vegetables and organic meat.
Alongside adhering to strict organic standards, and exploring and campaigning for conversations around regenerative agriculture, we have implemented innovative strategies to minimise waste. Excess vegetables are donated to Islington’s homeless shelter, Shelter from the Storm, and we have eliminated the use of cling film entirely.
We value collaboration and maintain an open dialogue with both our team and our cherished customers. The Duke of Cambridge continues to evolve, consistently reviewing our practices to ensure we are delivering on our mission to provide heartfelt hospitality, delicious food, and to be a genuinely sustainable business in all aspects.
